High Studies Institute is regarded as one of the oldest institutes for private training in the State  of Kuwait. It was founded in 1962, around more than 107 thousand trainees have been graduated from it and worked in different ministries, companies and associations in both the government and private sectors … Moreover, the Institute enters into contracting with organizations, companies and associations both private and public sectors in addition to beneficiary societies whose employees are trained in different fields of work. It's worth mentioning that the Institute is authenticated by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training and registered in the Civil Service Commission.... In pursuant to our everlasting interest to make every possible progress in the learning process, the Institute co-operates with Bournemouth and Poole College where training diploma certificates for computer sciences, commercial studies and technical courses are granted by the College.

 يعتبر المعهد أقدم مؤسسة للتدريب الأهلي في دولة الكويت حيث أنه تأسس عام 1962 م وبأعلى المهارات العلمية والعملية والفنية والتقنية تحقيقا لرؤيتنا في رفع كفاءة المستوى الوظيفي وتنمية وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية ... وقد تخرج من المعهد أكثر من 107 آلاف متدرب ومتدربة يعملون في مختلف وزارات الدولة والشركات والمؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية ... كما أن المعهد معتمد من الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب ومسجل بديوان الخدمة المدنية ... وحرصاً من إدارة المعهد على التقدم في المسيرة العلمية فقد تم التعاون مع كلية بورنموث وبول البريطانية وذلك بمنح شهادات دورة دبلوم تدريب لمواد علوم الكمبيوتر والمواد التجارية والمواد الفنية.
